1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the wj2j platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). These Terms apply to all services provided through the wj2j.bar domain.

The key terms used in this agreement are defined below:

• Platform: The official wj2j website and all its sub-services.
• Member / Player: Any person registered on the Platform.
• Account Balance: The total of real funds and bonus funds held in a member's account.
• Bonus: Any incentive funds or benefits granted by wj2j.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Services: Casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment activities.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to use the wj2j platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. For users aged 21 and above only.
• You must register using your own true identity — registering under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Identity Verification

wj2j reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed. Deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited if evidence of identity fraud is found.

3 Account Management

The member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Keeping passwords and login credentials confidential is the member's own responsibility.

Account Security

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to wj2j support immediately.
• Granting third-party access to your account or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected, wj2j may temporarily lock the account for security purposes.

Updating Account Information

If the contact details registered on the account (phone number, email, etc.) change, the member must update them immediately through the support channel. wj2j will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wj2j platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Approved methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
• Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.
• Use of a third party's payment method will be subject to investigation and may result in account suspension.
• The correct amount and reference number must be provided at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will be approved only after verification.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
• wj2j reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of incomplete identity verification or ongoing investigations.

Bank Transfer

For transactions via bank transfer, accounts from major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank Bangladesh may be used. Bank transfer processing may take additional time.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

wj2j offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which members must read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus for a total of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — this is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• wj2j reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims.
• wj2j may change or cancel bonus offers at any time without notice.

VIP Program

The wj2j VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. Active participation on the platform is required to advance to higher tiers.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the wj2j platform. Fair play and transparent gaming are our core principles.

General Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules and operating procedures. It is the member's responsibility to familiarize themselves with these before starting a game.
• Funds for rounds cancelled due to technical errors or network outages will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, wj2j's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by intentionally disconnecting during a game is prohibited.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Example market: match winner market for a Bangladesh vs India match. Applicable rules and conditions apply to all bets. If a bet is cancelled or voided, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Betting options are available for major sporting events including BPL, T20, and ICC tournaments.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wj2j platform. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Opening multiple accounts or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — systematically using multiple accounts or devices to claim bonuses.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Match fixing or placing bets on outcomes that are known in advance.
• Pressuring or harassing other members.
• Attempting to impersonate any wj2j staff member.

For any of the above violations, wj2j is entitled to close the relevant account(s) without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

wj2j believes that healthy entertainment is the best gaming experience. We encourage members to play responsibly and are committed to preventing gambling-related harm.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Members may apply for a temporary or long-term self-exclusion if needed.
• Use of the platform by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited and, if detected, the account will be closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

wj2j will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If loss occurs as a result of third-party software or hacking activities, provided wj2j has ensured appropriate security measures.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or events.
• As a result of decisions made based on false or incomplete information provided by the member.

In any circumstance, the maximum limit of wj2j's liability will be equal to the actual real funds in the member's account at the time of the relevant incident.

11 Account Closure and Changes to Terms

Account Closure

wj2j may temporarily or permanently close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Court or authority order.

A member may also request to close their account at any time through support. In that case, the available balance will be returned subject to the wagering conditions being met.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

wj2j reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be duly notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

12 Dispute Resolution
